For any who may have missed it, here is Robbie "Maddo" Maddison setting the new mark for the longest jump ever on a motorcyle of any kind. The record came through at 322 feet 7 inches, far surpassing the old record of 310 feet. He dedicated the jump to Evel Knievel who jumped the fountains in Las Vegas 40 years ago. The jump was made on a Honda CR500, 2 stroke dirt bike.
Here is a photo sequence of Maddo preparing for the jump. It is said that he hit 350 feet in practice. Because of the head wind at the night of the event, the official record came in at 322 feet 7 inches.
