Skyline Drive, Bountiful Canyon, Tuttle's Loop Trail

Skyline Drive in Bountiful is a route between Farmington and Bountiful traveling 26 miles near Bountiful Peak. The road is suitable for most stock vehicles and is a very scenic drive. If you are afraid of heights, however, this may not be the drive for you since it climbs very quickly from 4500 to 9300 feet in elevation along swithbacks that often are perched on a shelf road with not much more room for more than one vehicle. For the somewhat adventurous it is quite the mellow drive with may opportunities to explore. Below is a map of the road along with our trip reports including more pictures. There are many spurs to the main road such as the old ward canyon road and sessions mtn. road that allow more trail riding and more primitive camping including the popular Tuttle's Loop ATV trail and the area by the "B" near the bottom of Bountiful Canyon.
